EPAB requires any supply technician to successfully take and pass the Controlled Substance Technician course prior to have ANY access to the controlled substances. You must complete the online course, pass the written post exam, and then pass a psychomotor skill exam administered by your supervisor.

Once this has been completed, you will be issued an EPAB Controlled Substance Technician Certificate and you may then handle the controlled substances.
