EPAB strongly recommends that all ED Physicians in the EPAB service area obtain the EPAB BSP certification. This BSP certification course is currently being redeveloped and will be available soon. We will update this are with the information needed to locate and complete the BSP certification course as soon as it is available.
In the meantime, if you would like to read the current EPAB Protocol you can find it here.
EPAB has begun to once again publish the transport statistics for all of the ED's where patients are commonly transported by MedStar and common performance indicators for the MedStar System. If you would like to review this data you can find it here.
If you have any questions about this data or need further information please call us in the EPAB office.
The EPAB Protocols has changed. The change took effect October 1, 2009. EPAB has updated each ED's copy of the EPAB Protocols and placed them near the radio in your ED.
If you would like to download the latest copy of the EPAB Protocol, a list of EPAB designated specialty receiving facilities, or any other EPAB documents you can do so here.
