The Emergency Physicians Advisory Board office is located one block west of IH-35 at the corner of East Berry and South Grove.  We are on the second floor of the MedStar building.  The MedStar building is the brown, brick building on the corner.  Our MAPSCO number is 77-W.

The EPAB "Crash Airway Hotline" is to be utilized by Primary Paramedics after performing the Crash Airway or administering paralytic medications.  You should call 817-923-1500 extension 205 immediately after the incident and state the run number, patient information, and details of the procedures performed.  The Crash Airway Paramedic Worksheet should be placed in the EPAB Mailbox located beneath the stairwell in the MedStar office within 24 hours of the incident.  EPAB performs 100% audits on these calls and you will receive a phone call from the Staff to review your incident.
